Why the free tier is real.
Two cost categories drive the limits. Logic execution (invoicing, reports, automations) is near-zero marginal cost - generous or unlimited on every plan. Real marginal cost (expense OCR at about $0.003 / scan, AI tokens) is metered. Margin comes from subscriptions, not payment-take-rates. There is no invoice-volume tax masquerading as a free tier.

Add as many teammates as you need. The price stays the same. If you run multiple legal entities, each org is its own subscription - the Free tier covers most secondary orgs indefinitely. No seat counting, no per-user upsell.

Do you charge payment processing fees?
No. Guliel is not a payment processor today. Revenue comes from subscriptions, not payment take rates.
